It has a significant presence in the Information Technology and Infrastructure development sectors, in Kerala and have expertise in managing BIM, e-health, hardware procurement support, installation and smart city related assignments. Whereas the Parties desire to execute a formal written understanding governing their relationship for Availing IT/IT released services for internal business process management and support activity and cooperation on a long-term basis to explore business interests in relation to the development and execution of Projects.
